IF MY PLEDGE AMOUNT WILL REMAIN THE SAME NEXT YEAR, DO I NEED TO SUBMIT A NEW PLEDGE FORM?
Yes, please submit your pledge for the upcoming year, even if it is the same as last year. Having a pledge for for each year is necessary for our records.
WILL MY RECURRING ONLINE PAYMENT CARRY OVER FROM LAST YEAR?
Yes! If your pledge is the same as last year and you already have a recurring online payment setup, you don't need to do anything besides submit the pledge form for the upcoming year. However, if you have set an end date in December, 2022, you will have to delete this end date to keep the pledge going into 2023.
HOW DO I UPDATE THE AMOUNT OF MY PLEDGE FROM LAST YEAR?
First you'll submit the pledge form with your pledge amount for the upcoming year. If paying via check or credit/debit card at the church kiosk, simply submit your payment for the updated amount. If you have a recurring online payment setup, you'll log into your account and update your payment details.
