THE REV. SHELBY SCOTT
Rector
Father Shelby has been at Saint Patrick’s since 1997.
He is a graduate of Southwestern Oklahoma State University and Seabury-Western Seminary in Evanston, IL.
He is the proud father of two sons, Zach and Sam, and is married to his sailing partner, Becky. He enjoys sailing and reading in his spare time.
THE REV. JIM WELCH
Deacon
The Rev. Jim Welch graduated from the Iona School of Ministry in June of 2015, and was ordained a vocational deacon at St. Patrick’s in August of 2015. Jim attended Oklahoma State University, and has been in the steel manufacturing business for over 35 years. He is currently the general manager of Ozark Steel in Tulsa, OK.
Jim and his wife Cindy have attended St. Patrick’s together since 2000, and are the proud parents of their adult children, Erin and Dustin, who were both baptized at St. Patrick’s. Jim shares a passion for cycling with Cindy, and also enjoys the outdoors, including golf, hunting and fishing, and the occasional trip to a white sandy beach somewhere…


SUZANNE SHEPHERD
Parish Administrator
Suzanne began attending St. Patrick’s in 1999 and joined the staff of St. Patrick’s in August, 2001. She has a background of more than 40 years in office administration, human resources and facilities management. She graduated from the University of Tulsa with a bachelor’s degree in education, majoring in English Literature and minoring in Public Speaking. Suzanne has been married to Michael since 1984 and together they have two children, a son and daughter, Stephen and Megan. Stephen and his wife, Kyra, are the parents of Jackson Patrick Shepherd and Blake Olivia Shepherd, the most beautiful children in the world, She and Michael also have a golden retriever named Paddy. Suzanne is a voracious reader and loves music, needlepointing, watching way too much true crime, and giving hugs!
JUSTIN DIXON
Youth Minister
Justin Dixon joined the staff at St. Patrick’s as Youth Minister on August 1, 2015. He has been a member of Saint Patrick’s since 2002. Justin is a business owner of a local software support company and has been in the support industry for over 20 years.
Justin and his wife, Ginger have two kids, Emma and Lyla. Justin grew up in Haskell and has lived in Broken Arrow since 2002. Justin loves reading, cooking, hunting, fishing, music and having coffee with friends where they solve all of the theological mysteries of our faith…or talk for hours and typically confuse themselves further. If you’re interested in coffee and theology…invite him out for a cup.


OSCAR HO
Organist
Oscar Ho joined St. Patrick’s in September 2021. He played piano since age six, violin since age eight, and
organ since age 22. After completing one and a half years as Music Intern at Trinity Episcopal Church in
Tulsa, he did freelance work until he was asked to be organist at St. Patrick’s. Oscar grew up in Broken
Arrow and will always call this city home.
TRACY MEGLI
Choir Director
Tracy is originally from Newton, Kansas. He received his Bachelor of Music Education with an emphasis on Voice from John Brown University. He is also accomplished pianist/organist and cellist. Tracy has served in many churches throughout Tulsa, Owasso, and Bartlesville as Music Director and accompanist. He holds a Master of Divinity from Phillips Theological Seminary and has received 4 units of Clinical Pastoral Education from the College of Pastoral Supervision and Psychotherapy. Tracy has been a public-school educator in music education for 32 years. He has taught General Music prek-6th grades, 7th-12 Humanities, High School Choir and even Physical Education. Currently, Tracy is a Supervisor in Training Chaplain at Hillcrest Medical Center in Tulsa, where he is a Clinical Educator for the Pastoral Program for Chaplain Interns and Residents. Tracy has toured with two international music groups, Continental and Celebrant Singers as a vocalist and director ministering in the U.S.A. , Canada, Ukraine, Bulgaria, Portugal, and France. In his free time, Tracy plays cello with the TTC orchestra and is a father to a schnauzer-mix named Charlie.
