Nick Wilson
Organist & Choir Director

Nick was raised in West Texas and has served in churches from several denominations since his mid-teens.

He studied Chemistry (with a minor in Religion) at Wayland Baptist University in Plainview, Texas; Medicine at Texas Tech University in Lubbock and El Paso, Texas; and Sexuality and Religion (with a focus in Queer Theology) at Pacific School of Religion in Berkeley, California.

He also works as an OB/GYN Hospitalist at Saint Francis Hospital.

He and his partner Robert have a large family: two dogs, a cat, and a fish. He reads and eats more than he should — mainly because he loves books and food. He is also a huge proponent of the Hauptwerk Virtual Pipe Organ (VPO) for bringing the authentic sounds of early organ music to life. Just ask him — he’ll bore you with the details!
